As the new year approaches, telecom majors in India have started offering lucrative recharge plans for its customers. Recently, Reliance Jio announced a '2020 Happy New Year' in which Jio customers are getting one year of unlimited services. Similarly, state-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) also announced a new annual plan for its users on the onset of the Christmas and New Year celebrations
Under the new offer, the telecom operator tweaked its existing ₹1,999 prepaid recharge plan to offer data for extra validity. The revised offer is available from today, 25 December, 2019 and will be live until 31 January, 2020.
Under the revised ₹1,999-offer, BSNL customers will get an extra 60 days validity, extending the previous 365-day validity to 425-day validity. The plans includes unlimited calls to any network, 3 GB data per day and 100 SMS per day.
In addition to that, there are other salient offers for its customers such as free BSNL Tunes and BSNL TV subscription for 365 days.
Apart from this, the telcom major is also offering a talk-time of ₹500 on a recharge of ₹450 and talk-time of ₹275 on a recharge of ₹250 made from December 24, 2019 to January 02, 2020.
On a press statement posted on Twitter, BSNL also mentioned that the telecom had recently launched a ₹97 prepaid voucher which offers unlimited calls to any network, 2 GB/day data and 100 SMS/day along with BSNL TV subscription for 18 days.
Sheetla Prasad, Director, BSNL said on the announcement of the new offer, “BSNL is committed to offer excellent services at affordable price to its subscribers."
